Just had 2 air con units installed in my photography studio due to having no heating apart from electric wall panels. Communication from Ian was great .. kept me informed throughout the process. I honestly have never seen tidier tradesmen .. the fact that they respected my studio space meant a lot. Such a tidy job & so great having heating/ air con Thanks guys

I got a brilliant service engineer out and he did a brilliant job. The issue is when I booked the service engineer I was not informed on the phone about the travel time they charge you and also the mileage allowance also. It was a shock when I looked at my bill and had to pay 30 minutes of travel time + mileage allowance also.. If I was informed at the start when I placed the call then I would be giving the company 4 stars..
