I wish I could leave no stars. I rented an apartment from this company for one year and during that time our plumbing system erupted 4 seperate times making our MLGW bill astronomically high, and the landlord, Jimmy/James Skefos refused to help with the bill although it was his fault for never properly fixing the problem in the first place. Instead in the middle of my lease he raised my rent $100 claiming that it was for repairs that the apartment needed and threatened eviction when I was already paying an $800 MLGW bill bec... read more
