My 3rd stay at Bel Air, and the first since covid. It is starting to show wear and tear. Our one bdr overlooking Pac Fair was at best average. Broken tiles in the bathroom, the bathroom showing its age and whilst not dirty it was worn. The bed was on its last legs, there were no blankets available (yes it can get nippy on the GC at night). The spa in the pool complex was not working. Some TLC by the owners will get Bel Air back up to speed.
We love returning to the Bel Air. The rooms are large and the beds comfy. The pool area is amazing. We choose to stay here because they have an outside pool a spa and an inside pool which is great for the kids. Its across the road from Pacific Fair and 5 minutes to the beach. We had a small problem this time and the did not hesitate to change our room which we really appreciated. Most of the residents are lovely and friendly and all the staff are great. Would highly recommend this place
Location is perfect, across from the Gtrain, Pacific Fair and Star Casino.
Very disappointed with our apartment this year. Have been staying at Bel Air for many years now and have always had lovely apartments and service . 1142 badly in need of a paint job.. looking shabby and dated. Floors filthy.. had to wash ourselves.. bathroom light not working.. sink plug not working. Requested two queen bedrooms. One had single beds pushed together and no bedspread only a sheet. Requested bedspread from reception and was told nothing available . Asked if we could change apartments .. not possible. Receptioni... read more
