Room was amazing. Loved the little surprise for my husband set up on arrival. Unfortunately the drinks were not there but as I didn’t notice until reception notified me until the next day. The bed was a little too hard for us but we slept okay. All in all it was a beautiful weekend getaway. Loved the price❤️
Very happy with our night at the Bel Air. Room was spotless and well decorated. Didn't use the kitchenette, but it was full equipped. Perfect location for our event at The Star, and close to all the local facilities. Pool area was large, although the water was very cold. Only really dealt with the reception staff, but they were extremely pleasant, professional and accomodating when we asked for extended time in the room and to use the resort facilities. I would be very happy to return to the Bel Air.....
Just stayed there for a few days as my house was being fumigated, and it was a lovely hotel! My room had a nice view of the Pac Fair and the Broadbeach South Station! Pool was amazing and check-in was really easy and fast!
Only problem I had was the sealing fan wouldn’t go other than that it was great
