We have previously enjoyed our stays at Bel Air. Extremely disappointed this time. We had booked and paid for an Ocean View apartment many months in advance directly with them. Unfortunately our room overlooked a noisy construction site, starting up every morning before 7.00am. Some things are beyond their control but it felt like we were given one of the worst rooms in the complex. Room 1086 internet terrible. Chrome casting dropped out ever 5 mins. Tried both wifi settings, re set modem to no avail. Reception well aware but could only offer maintenance on Monday when we checked out.that day. Is Staff friendly and location fabulous but really need wifi in this day and age.
