Disgusted. So upset at myself for booking this place and ending a great trip with such rubbish accommodation. Arrived at 5pm only to find all pools very dirty. There was no hot water in the apartment and was suggested we shower at the pool area. Paying the price we did, we were not using communal showers, we could have booked a tourist park if we wanted that. Instead we were given a key to a room in another building just to use the shower. Fantastic Hollywood style apartments
Clean, convenient and comfortable. Having the tram right across the road was great. The room contained all we needed.
Always have a great stay here - great location, close to the beach and cafes, and very quiet.
Our stay was fantastic. Our apartment, and your staff were so friendly and helpful. The Cafe was an added bonus which we really enjoyed as well. Cannot wait to come back and stay in the future.
