Fantastic location, so close to beach, tram, busses! Great sized rooms, well maintained! Pools and outdoor area very clean. Staff lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Small room Ocean view but a long way to see the ocean Tv guide wasnt working the way it should. Spa inoperable Kitchen light flickered when turned on Lounge couch very uncomfortable Expect a lot more for $200/night

We stayed in a 2-Bedroom Ocean View Apartment, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Our initial apartment on Level 7 had a strong odour, outdated furniture, dirty carpets, a damaged kitchen bench, and debris in the washing machine. Family members who booked through Booking.com had far superior accommodations. After contacting reception, we viewed a second apartment, which was still below standard, and were finally offered a third—after a 9 hour journey, an entirely unacceptable situation.
