Having stayed at Bel Air for many years now, it is disappointing to see what has happened to their wonderful customer service. To book now, they seem to use a third-party company that takes at least a week to get back to you. I required three rooms, one specifically accessible. After weeks of trying to resolve my booking, I thought I would call the hotel directly. Immaculately clean room and complex close to shopping and transport
Nice rooms Nice and clean Great location trams buses and Pacfic Fair across the road
Friendly staff. Great coffee at the little beach cafe in the East tower. Mix of residents and guests. A stay in July meant the outdoor pool wad a tad cool but the kids had heaps of fun in the indoor pool. Rooms are slightly dated but have available everything you need
