I have dealt with Bel-Air House of Silver several times. My most recent order included brass drawer pulls to be polished and lacquered. They came back looking beautiful. Elizabeth, who runs the McLean store, has been very helpful. I happened to mention how difficult it is to live without drawer pulls, and she rushed my order through without my asking. I recommend her highly.
They are the epitome of restoration perfection. Took two of my bronze elephant statues, which I almost gave up on the idea of them ever shining again, but Bel-Air proved me wrong ! I’m still in shock every time I walk up to my front door. I’m very impressed
We had a terribly tarnished pair of candelabra that we had picked up in an antique/consignment store years ago. The internal weighted bases were degraded and we weren’t sure it was worth trying to restore them. Abel Air House of Silver did a fantastic job & were able to identify the provenance of the pair which have a value much higher then we imagined based on what we bought them for. We look forward to using them for years & then hopefully passing them to on of our children as an heirloom.
Had forgotten my Moms chafing dish in back of closet. 6 years it was black. Expensive but so worth it
I brought several heirloom pieces I had inherited to be repaired, polished and lacquered. They came out looking fantastic repaired and ready for display
