I have a 9" sterling silver plate which was my grandmother's and had quite a few dents. Bel Air House of Silver assured me that they could remove the dents so I left the plate with them. They charged $390 and did a very poor job. A few of the dents are gone but most are still there. When I complained, I was told that "the tool couldn't remove them." Had I known what the end result would be I would not have left the plate with them. I would not recommend them at all. If I could leave no stars I would.
Elizabeth, Lanza and the team are absolutely wonderful. I had a teaset that needed restoration and they brought it back to its former glory and beyond!
The only shop in Virginia that restores antique silver and brass tea sets, trays, flatware and candelabras.
Really amazing. They took my grungy, tarnished antique brass candlesticks and returned them to their original glory. They look brand new, not 125 years old. Pricey, but worth it!
