Mom died a few months ago and left me with a very large, ornate silver framed mirror that has been passed down in my family for almost a hundred and fifty years. This piece is extremely emotionally important and I was nervous dropping it off. I am so glad I trusted them! Bel Air brought it back to life - the silver looks almost NEW. We took our 2 engraved wedding goblets that my husband and I used 30 years ago to be engraved for our oldest daughter’s upcoming wedding. After being assured they could match the previous engraving and we identified the placement with stickers provided by BelAir, we prepaid $310 in full as requested. I called to check on the status a month later and was shocked when she told me “they look okay” and told me there are “many more important things to worry about than goblets”. I had an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience here. From the very beginning, communication was poor but we trusted their promises regarding a custom engraving needed for my wedding. I brought in a heirloom sterling silver compact that was badly tarnished. Bel Air did a beautiful job bringing it back to life. I would highly recommend them for any further help for my metal ware.

I have a 9" sterling silver plate which was my grandmother's and had quite a few dents. Bel Air House of Silver assured me that they could remove the dents so I left the plate with them. They charged $390 and did a very poor job. A few of the dents are gone but most are still there. When I complained, I was told that "the tool couldn't remove them." Had I known what the end result would be I would not have left the plate with them. I would not recommend them at all. If I could leave no stars I would.
