We took our 2 engraved wedding goblets that my husband and I used 30 years ago to be engraved for our oldest daughter’s upcoming wedding. After being assured they could match the previous engraving and we identified the placement with stickers provided by BelAir, we prepaid $310 in full as requested. I had an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience here. From the very beginning, communication was poor but we trusted their promises regarding a custom engraving needed for my wedding. I brought in a heirloom sterling silver compact that was badly tarnished. Bel Air did a beautiful job bringing it back to life. I would highly recommend them for any further help for my metal ware.

I have a 9" sterling silver plate which was my grandmother's and had quite a few dents. Bel Air House of Silver assured me that they could remove the dents so I left the plate with them. They charged $390 and did a very poor job. A few of the dents are gone but most are still there. When I complained, I was told that "the tool couldn't remove them." Had I known what the end result would be I would not have left the plate with them. I would not recommend them at all. If I could leave no stars I would.

Elizabeth, Lanza and the team are absolutely wonderful. I had a teaset that needed restoration and they brought it back to its former glory and beyond!
