I had no intention of leaving a review but they asked for it. Their people blew off a not working refrigerator.....for 6 days. On day 6 a repair person finally showed up and it took 30 mins to fix it. I lost $250-300 of food I can't afford because of their negligence. I have asked 3x about reimbursement for at least some of it and I am being blown off about that too. Blowing people off is what they do and they are never responsible for damages to the tenants property or safety.
Had an AC leak over the bathtub in mid August causing the tile to fill with water & collapse into the tub and on the floor. For some reason, it took weeks before more tiles came in. Don’t know why tiles aren’t on hand for a complex this size, plus, maintenance has been short handed for a while, leaving residents waiting months to get things fixed.
