Nothing but non stop water issues. Shower not working, odd leaking in my closet. Water seeping from under floor. Shower backs up with disgusting water. This place is very run down. When we were first gonna move in from a one bedroom to a two. A maintenence emergency happened and they had to move someone to our apartment. Which was about a 2 months till move. This place is the absolute worst! Our lease ended 1/24/26, so we made accommodations to move into our new apartment on 1/21/26 so we would have plenty of time to move all the furniture. We were completely moved out before the 24th, but then the winter storm hit and all the roads were iced over for days. We could not get out to bring the keys back and sign the final paperwork until the 28th. Saw it go downhill years and years but please don't ever chose it live here. It's cheap but it'll always cost you in the long run
Absolutely terrible. Good luck getting a hold of the manager, Crystal, since she’s only supposedly in the office Mondays and Fridays. My neighbors and I have been sending requests and calling for someone to fix the hot water for at least the last week, and she claimed to be completely unaware of the issue. If you like taking cold showers, being blown off, and supporting liars then feel free to rent here. Out of the last 3 months, we’ve had hot water for a month not consecutively.
