I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience really stuck with me. (Note: I cannot comment on the job they do because I ended up going elsewhere mostly due to the estimator being unexpectedly callous, condescending, dismissive, etc.) We used to know the owner...he was an incredible, genuinely kind man...and we assumed his business would reflect that even after his passing. I wanted to share my experience with Bel Air Autobody. I’ve been dealing with a very frustrating headlight assembly repair. Rebecca at Bel Air Autobody it was very understanding, professional to the situation. She worked with the insurance company to get this resolved. Great body shop. I have had body work done at other places but my car was never returned to me this clean and pristine. Beautiful job!!!
I’m glad I made the right choice by selecting bel air auto body. The customer service and attention to detail is bar none. Unfortunately my jeep was not safe to put back on the road, and I’m thankful for the honest service they provided me with. I was never left on the hook for anything including questions and concerns. I had a great experience when I used this shop in the past, but most recently, they waisted my time. Visited to get an estimate, the manager explained what I needed to do with my insurance company because it might be more than I expected. So I did exactly what he told me to do. Once set up with the insurance company, I called to confirm when they could take my car and I was told to go to another shop. What a waste of my time, so I will not be going there ever again!
