I had a great experience working with Bel Air Auto Body to repair the bumper, fender and wheel of my Lexus RX. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and were extremely polite and professional. I loved the convenience of setting up my rental and being able to leave the rental there for pick up when my car was done. Shout out to Ian and Joe for all their help!
Awesome shop and a great outcome. My good and roof were rusted and completely bare. Truck looks like new, definitely recommend!
I work right across the street & this body shop & out of convenience chose to have them repair my vehicle. My truck was being repaired after a minor accident. I asked for a couple of quotes on additional body repairs that did not get completed due to the lack of follow through. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience really stuck with me. (Note: I cannot comment on the job they do because I ended up going elsewhere mostly due to the estimator being unexpectedly callous, condescending, dismissive, etc.) We used to know the owner...he was an incredible, genuinely kind man...and we assumed his business would reflect that even after his passing. Rebecca at Bel Air Autobody it was very understanding, professional to the situation. She worked with the insurance company to get this resolved.
