Awesome shop and a great outcome. My good and roof were rusted and completely bare. Truck looks like new, definitely recommend!
I work right across the street & this body shop & out of convenience chose to have them repair my vehicle. My truck was being repaired after a minor accident. I asked for a couple of quotes on additional body repairs that did not get completed due to the lack of follow through. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience really stuck with me. (Note: I cannot comment on the job they do because I ended up going elsewhere mostly due to the estimator being unexpectedly callous, condescending, dismissive, etc.) We used to know the owner...he was an incredible, genuinely kind man...and we assumed his business would reflect that even after his passing. I wanted to share my experience with Bel Air Autobody. I’ve been dealing with a very frustrating headlight assembly repair. Rebecca at Bel Air Autobody it was very understanding, professional to the situation. She worked with the insurance company to get this resolved. Great body shop. I have had body work done at other places but my car was never returned to me this clean and pristine. Beautiful job!!!
