Unfortunately, the overall experience left me frustrated rather than relaxed. i wouldn't recommend Auto Spa Express based on my membership experience last several years. Most visits the vacuums half work and hoses are broke and the washes half time don't do a good wash. Maybe look at management and make some changes if you want a successful business. I will be canceling my membership tomorrow due to this rate increase you just put in affect starting July 12th.
I want to give special recognition to your employee, Corrine. She went out of her way to offer to not only wash my mats, but actually hose them down and not just stick them in the mat machine. My mats are the cleanest they’ve been since I bought them. Corrine was so incredibly kind and sweet and refused to take a tip. True customer service! You made my day!
