Very disappointed in the $27 super car wash which is supposed to be the top car wash there. My car is still dirty on the outside with mud and other debris. Would’ve expected a much better clean for almost paying $30 for a car wash.

My car has rust colored marks after going through the wash. An employee told me it happens when the detergent gets to the end. He had me run my vehicle through again. It did not remove the spots. I called and spoke to the manager. They would not get the spots off my vehicle. Only give me another free wash or refund my money. I now have to use a bug cleaner and scrub off all the spots by hand. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and poor customer service.
