I'm very happy living here. The property is clean, well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it's been a great place to live. Just the water, sewer and garbage is too high.
Raul was amazing in his patience is to be awarded. I told him about my living situation and he really helped me out immensely. He answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I was grateful that everything was handled it in an expedited manner. After I moved in he was very helpful on other concerns that I had. So overall I'm very pleased at the results.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved in but had to leave just five days later because of roaches and bed bugs, which made my stay very distressing. The manager is trying to charge me for those five days and has refused to provide his manager’s contact information, which only adds to my frustration and makes it harder to resolve this issue.
