Leasing manager, Jocelyn, stayed with me throughout the process of moving to Concord. Her flexibility and ability to creatively smooth out the transition was all the difference.
The apartment is clean and spacious. The complex is quiet and close to grocery shopping. I like the fireplace and the hot tub is very close to the apartment.
I'm very happy living here. The property is clean, well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it's been a great place to live. Just the water, sewer and garbage is too high.
Raul was amazing in his patience is to be awarded. I told him about my living situation and he really helped me out immensely. He answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I was grateful that everything was handled it in an expedited manner. After I moved in he was very helpful on other concerns that I had. So overall I'm very pleased at the results.
