Before installing our solar panels, we decided it made sense to upgrade the attic insulation first. Beko Insulation evaluated the attic, recommended a full insulation replacement, and completed the work before the solar installation began. Everything was inspected, the insulation reached the recommended R-value, and the scheduling worked out perfectly with the other contractors involved.
Our addition included a new primary suite, so the attic above it needed to be insulated before drywall could go up. The upstairs used to be unbearable in midsummer. Installing a radiant barrier along the rafters and spray foam on the roof underside completely changed that. The temperature difference between floors is finally gone. Even during hot afternoons, the air stays balanced without pushing the AC. The project delivered exactly what we hoped for.
