Service call determined new fan and motor needed. Cost $265 plus $185 for service call. Would take 5 to 7 days to obtain part and schedule service. Refrigerator VERY loud. This was my SECOND Lg in THREE years. I opted to buy a NEW amana with a service contract. Very disappointed. I was assured my service contract covered everything going forwward. We will see. EDIT: Bekins customer service did contact me after this review. They apologized for not contacting me sooner. I did quite appreciate their efforts. They said there could have been better communication, and I agreed. They did not have to reach out but they did and again I greatly appreciated Alexi’s efforts and a compromise for the cancelled appointment was reached. Cancelled service appointment on day of with no warning. Didn’t care at all that I had taken time off of work and lost money. Then was told my bill would be a certain amount, and then we were charged more than the specified amount. Contacted customer service, and they told me a manager would get back to me. Guess what? They never did! It’s been over a month. Shady business practices, lots of red flags, and dishonesty. I’d take your business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
Excellent Service! Timely, professional, quality workmanship. Both services representative were user friendly, good listeners and explained exactly what was wrong and what the did to fix the problem! My built in ice maker was working before they left my house!!
