Very professional service.
Bekins is the only appliance company I'll ever use. I've been working with them for almost 30 years and they never disappoint me. They just replaced my Subzero refrigerator which wasn't easy. All 4 of the employees were so careful to protect my wood floors and cabinets. 10stars
Chad does a great job of servicing our icemaker. However, this last install took forever. We were without our icemaker for 2 1/2 months while we’re waiting for a new Bin thermostat which had been replaced five months prior. That’s very frustrating when you pay this much for a high-quality icemaker and it’s out of commission for such a long time. Very disappointing. We were satisfied to the extent that they paid for the cost of the repair in the end.

Chris proved great service! He provided courteous and was helpful. He was able to give me ideas on how to help our Dryer keep functioning better. His arrival was right within the promised timeframe and we were completely satisfied with the work that he’s done. He was neat and tidy, and again very kind and I appreciated his efforts to help us! I would highly recommend Bekins for purchasing your next appliance purchase. If anything does go wrong with the product their service is fantastic!
