Excellent Service! Timely, professional, quality workmanship. Both services representative were user friendly, good listeners and explained exactly what was wrong and what the did to fix the problem! My built in ice maker was working before they left my house!!
Excellent Sales and Service !
I used my extended warranty for my Whirlpool refrigerator. The ice maker was leaking small amounts of water into the ice bucket, slowly creating one large block of ice. Bekins came out after I certified the need to CENTRICITY (the warranty company). My engagement with Centricity was tedious. Bekins came on the day and time scheduled. Repair took less than an hour. The ice maker was removed, cleaned, and re-aligned (3/8 inch out of horizontal when manufactured.) It has worked perfectly since. I am pleased with their service.
Very poor experience with Bekins. Our brand new washer broke down in 2 days. They would not replace with another one the had 6 showing in stock. They told me they would send a repair technician in about a week with an appointment only. After a week I was told they had NO parts to make the repair. That went on another 2 weeks and then I requested a full refund. Another week went by before I was told I could only get a partial refund.
