My wife and I recently moved from the west side of Washington to the east side. Move Northwest is an incredible company and I would recommend them highly. The move came in under the projected bid! The cleanout and the move in could not have gone smoother. No items missing, no damage. We could not be more pleased. Brian and Jake were outstanding to work with.

This company is complete trash!!! The crew that they sent to my house took 13+ hours to pack and move 2 bedrooms and some kitchen appliances. They smoked marijuana at my home. When I confronted them they lied to my face even when I told them “I CAN SMELL IT ON YOU!”. I called the management team and they apologized for the behavior of the staff. When the items were finally delivered 90% of the boxes weren’t labeled and electronics were broken. That’s when they went from being apologetic to not giving a damn. They never compe... read more
