Great customer service
I have complete faith in the gentlemen that came out to move my treasured belongings. Chuck had me in stitches with “yes, ma’am, no ma’am all day.O’Rick kept us on track (never corrected me on the fact that I addressed him as Rick the entire time)and smoothed out a few snafus we ran into throughout the day. Pick up went fine waiting on weight and delivery
We recently used Move NW Olympia for our cross town move. Not our first rodeo when it comes to moving and we’d have to say this was one of our best. Brian Carreon gave us a detailed, clearly written quote. Attention was paid to how difficult/delicate items would be handled. The delivery of starter packs, ( boxes paper etc.) for us to use on personal items we wanted to pack before hand was very helpful.
