I really wanted this to great. And honestly, it was at first, until the stuff left our house. I let the guys use my nice Costco stepstool but did tell them to put it on the truck afterward, and I believe they did, but I never got it back. Somewhere between their storage facility and my new house, it was gone. I also never got my very expensive work boots back. I have complete faith in the gentlemen that came out to move my treasured belongings. Chuck had me in stitches with “yes, ma’am, no ma’am all day.O’Rick kept us on track (never corrected me on the fact that I addressed him as Rick the entire time)and smoothed out a few snafus we ran into throughout the day.
