Zero Stars! Don't ever use Bekins moving as I did to move from the east to west coast. They completely misrepresent their business. They simply handle the sale and then contract out the actual move to a company you never speak to until they show up at your house. They lie about delivery windows,talk you into minimal insurance, lose your belongings, smoke in your home with your permission and then refuse to compensate you in any way. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a reputable moving company.
