All around back experience. Person doing estimate was late and rude on phone. Installation took 6 weeks to schedule with frequent calls and final call to schedule all done by the customer. Installation did $500+ of damage to underground lines that the company refused to repair or compensate for repair. Company will admit fault but will not do anything to correction action.
