Just spent FOUR years fighting CRA on a (fabricated) Section 160 tax assessment resulting in a complete victory - appeal allowed in full, two months before trial. Working with a boutique firm like Beitel Tax Law was instrumental in achieving this result; Josiah and Jeremie were fantastic. Other firms may have tax lawyers, but BTL are truly experts in this field in Canada. I'm located in Saskatchewan and had no issues working with a Toronto firm, so don't let location deter you from reaching out.

They were able to clearly explain my situation and the laws that apply to it and they took the time to hear my side and give me the guidance that they could. Unfortunately, my situation was not able to be impacted significantly by leveraging their services, but I would highly recommend them if you can use their services.
