We ordered food via deliveroo. We waited 40minutes with the estimated arrival time continuing to be pushed back, and then around 40min after ordering saw our entire order had been cancelled due to a missing item. Previously when this has happened at other restaurants via delivery we've got a phone call to tell us they are out and ask if we want to proceed with the order without it, substitute, or cancel. We had a fantastic meal here. We're vegan and it was so good to see a vegan tasting menu on offer. Everything was delicious and there were even more vegan items on the menu which we added. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
Was not a fan of this restaurant. The server was the friendly and the atmosphere was alright but the quality of the food especially for the price was not worth it. We were warned the food would take at least 30 minutes which was fine but it ended up taking over an hour far longer than we were warned. The wait made the experience only more disappointing as the portion size of the main was very small with a sad unseasoned salad and no carbs despite the �22.95 price point. Visited Beit Beirut during a quiet Sunday afternoon. The restaurant itself is nice, clean, tasteful decor, and attentive staff. The food however is a different story. Portions are tiny, and definitely not typical of Lebanese restaurants. Food is average at best, but pretty mediocre and extremely overpriced. It's a shame, as the owner and premises are great. We definitely would not be returning.
