Long time repeat customer of this lovely company. Few things to note: 1) Customer service is top notch, un matched. They are making money, but honestly their main priority is keeping these cars on the road and making sure we all have a good go at doing it. I genuinely feel value. 2) The product is as good as it gets. There is pricier on the market, but there is not better. This is truly OEM+ (Better than OEM) equipment. (Coming from a BMW Tech) I hope this company (and owner/staff) stay around forever.

Give them a call and talk to Lama. She's SO knowledgeable. Tell her your problem(s) and she will get you squared away. She won't upsell you anything you don't need, she'll give you exactly what you need for your exact situation. I highly recommend Beisan to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful source for BMW parts and services. Their customer service is outstanding! Lama is amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be doing more bussiness with them in the future.
