I highly recommend Beisan to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful source for BMW parts and services. Their customer service is outstanding! Lama is amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be doing more bussiness with them in the future.
WOW!!!! What else can I say? Lama is fantastic!!!! We played phone tag for a few days before we finally connected. I now understand why. She spent almost two hours on the phone with me to understand what parts I needed and did not need. I have never experienced customer service at this level!!! I got their vanos rebuild kit for my e46 and had a small issue and they resolved it very quickly. I also had some questions and ms Munday addressed them really quickly. I never write reviews but had too as theirs not much company around like this.
Great Product, new vanos seals really woke the car up!
