Terrible experience! Hired them to clear out this mess in this picture and obviously it’s still there. I don’t know what they took care of. I paid $550 from the come out look at it and do the job. What a waste of money I wouldn’t hire these guys very unprofessional. They don’t back their work and they don’t take care of their customer.
I had to have two shower handle cartridges and (two) PRV replacements. I had already received a bid but wasn’t comfortable with the plumber from that company. Jamie from Beis came and I immediately felt comfortable (even before the bid) He went over everything that would be done and approximately how long it would take and was able to get to work that same visit.
