Thanks God to give me such a caring doctor. She is knowledgeable and always explain about the APL treatment what I was going through . Enough comforting.
Dr Pan is very knowledgeable and caring. She has great patience and is willing to listen and discuss any details with you. If you want a confident doctor who can give you instruction and encouragement, Dr Pan is the choice.
Dr Pam talks over the patient and family members. Does not refer to medical records when speaking to patient. Not the best experience for our family.

Dr. Pan is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician. She spent ample time with our daughter and made her comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Pan as an oncologist.
Dr. Pan takes some getting used to. I honestly was very frustrated with her at one point and wanted to switch doctors, but an open an honest discussion with her really has made the difference. She is a very good doctor, but you have to tell he what you need as the patient as she is not very intuitive that way. I am keeping her as my oncologist and will continue to work on my side of the doctor/patient relationship, which will only make Dr, Pan a better doctor for me.
I would not send anyone to this Dr. She is not up to date, her knowledge is old fashion... if you suffer from hemophilia, do not go there... you will not get help. Plus she does not listen to you, or follow through...
