Lies and will tell you what you want to hear to get money out of you. Then make you wait way longer to get vehicle done then will forget to hook something up right or mess something up and then want you to give more money to fix his mess up!
Don't recommend left family member out a vehicle way to long and lied on when would be done. Took money up front and never worked on it.
Do not recommend will take money and lie when vehicle will be do or make up bunch of excuses why it's not done. Heard bunch people he has done that to. One even took him to court over keeping his vehicle 4 months then tried to charge him for lot fees because was sitting there the 4 months. Cause he never worked on it took payment did no work
Car sat there over a year and was lied to about radiator being fixed. Leaked when left and took to another shop they said it was never changed but he charged me for it. Do not recommend!
1 Star – Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to BillSmith Auto Repair. They took full payment upfront but failed to complete the work as promised. My car sat there for **months** with no progress, and every time I asked for updates, they had a new excuse. It’s unacceptable to take customers' money and then neglect their vehicles.
