Outstanding and remarkable service! While visiting Sarasota for 5 days when another reputable service place told me I’d need a new motor in our family van we were traveling in, I went here for a second opinion, and I thank God I did! Excellent communication and service, and they saved our trip to Florida by having the rental while they repaired the timing on the odyssey! I have been to Beiler's several times and plan to continue going. They have been thorough and efficient with their work, and they have offered fair and reasonable suggestions for future maintenence. I have had no trouble reaching someone on the phone and getting updates about my car, which I have often had trouble with at other locations. Most recently, they accurately diagnosed an issue by another mechanic and reminded me that the other mechanic has a warranty similar to the one they have, which saved me a fair amount of mo... read more
I have been servicing my car at Beiler's for several years, and they keep it running great! Customer service is fantastic, and much appreciated! I can always trust they will take good care of me and my car, and never have to worry they will take advantage of me. And they always do a followup call to make sure everything is running well! One less thing to worry about! You can trust Beiler's to do a great job!
What I really liked was the rental service they have for those of us who don't have access to another vehicle. It was easy to set up the appointment and they got me in right away. It did take several days to get a working part in to switch out. Not Beiler's fault, but just add to the amount of days I had their rental.
My most recent service on my 2007 Toyota RAV4 went very well. Service Writer: Mic was thorough in his explanation of the recommended services and the estimated costs. I am happy with the results. I have had the white Beiler’s Auto Repair sticker on my rear window since September 2023, for all to see. Thanks again.
