Outstanding and remarkable service! While visiting Sarasota for 5 days when another reputable service place told me I’d need a new motor in our family van we were traveling in, I went here for a second opinion, and I thank God I did! Excellent communication and service, and they saved our trip to Florida by having the rental while they repaired the timing on the odyssey! I have been servicing my car at Beiler's for several years, and they keep it running great! Customer service is fantastic, and much appreciated! I can always trust they will take good care of me and my car, and never have to worry they will take advantage of me. And they always do a followup call to make sure everything is running well! One less thing to worry about! You can trust Beiler's to do a great job!
Had an oil change at Beiler’s for the first time and I honestly think I found my auto shop. From easy scheduling online to check-in itself, everything was top notch. Gordon and Mic at the front desk are AWESOME and so incredibly down to earth. They keep you informed of the status of the service if you stay. They have candy and a coffee bar if you decide to wait in the lobby, which to me was decorated like an old diner. Oil change took about 45 minutes and no issues. Will definitely be back
Customer be wary... prices are much higher than other local repair shops for equal work. My husband has a 2016 Jeep and the air conditioner went out. It also was making a squealing noise when driven. Went to Beiler's they charged us $169 to diagnosis the air issue and $84 for the noise... then quoted us $2100 for a new Compressor & Condenser. We figured while we were there to get an oil change which was $90 , asked to rotate tires said the lug nuts were swollen and told it would be $172... for screws. Told us that we would n... read more
Customer service was great. Phone calls.. follow ups. Friendly. BUT… I had a tire flat and did not have wheel lock . Had car towed there with AAA. So for new tire, put regular lug on tire, and new wiper blades. Total just over 600$!! I am thinking that’s incredibly over priced. My daughter picked up car and paid so not much to do about it. My original estimate sent to me was just over 400.00$ What happened? Anyway if you get an estimate , hold them to it. But again customer service was great.
