I have been to Beiler's several times and plan to continue going. They have been thorough and efficient with their work, and they have offered fair and reasonable suggestions for future maintenence. I have had no trouble reaching someone on the phone and getting updates about my car, which I have often had trouble with at other locations. My car unexpectedly broke down when I got to work, and I had it towed here without knowing anything about the shop. I’m so glad I did. The staff was friendly, honest, and upfront about the costs, and they were even able to get my car repaired the same day. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever need repairs in the future.

We’re been patronizing Beiler’s Auto for our vehicle services for over 15 years. The service intake personnel have good communication skills and are easy to talk with. Prices are revealed up front and are reasonable. The mechanics are excellent and give accurate time estimates. We have recommended this garage to many friends.

I have been servicing my car at Beiler's for several years, and they keep it running great! Customer service is fantastic, and much appreciated! I can always trust they will take good care of me and my car, and never have to worry they will take advantage of me. And they always do a followup call to make sure everything is running well! One less thing to worry about! You can trust Beiler's to do a great job!

What I really liked was the rental service they have for those of us who don't have access to another vehicle. It was easy to set up the appointment and they got me in right away. It did take several days to get a working part in to switch out. Not Beiler's fault, but just add to the amount of days I had their rental.
