I would never ever recommend using this firm ever. I have been waiting for 14 months for my foreclosure. The people stole my house didn't pay for six months fled the state I did all the work I found out the titles for the houses I found out where they moved to. I have copies of their USPS change of address notifications I went and got the titles to the house presented them to the lawyer and I'm still sitting here. Cedric has been our attorney for 35 years ! At first he was my parents attorney and now my husband and I use him ! He is always available and has solved a lot of legal situations for us from business to personal . I highly recommend him !!
Sunset title company recommended me to call Beil & Hay. I do not recommend. I contacted this firm on November 24th was told to send an email. It is now the 16th of December and no follow up back. I've called a few times and the secretary say's they will get back to me wait a few days and no email or call back. At least call back or email saying you are too busy and don't need the business.
