Sunset title company recommended me to call Beil & Hay. I do not recommend. I contacted this firm on November 24th was told to send an email. It is now the 16th of December and no follow up back. I've called a few times and the secretary say's they will get back to me wait a few days and no email or call back. At least call back or email saying you are too busy and don't need the business.
