Made a same day appointment but when I arrived the doctor wasn’t there. The receptionists said another doctor could get me in right away, I waited half an hour and decided to leave because I had plans and the receptionists seemed completely unconcerned that there had been an oversight on their end (chatting very loudly to each other and acting like I wasn’t even there). Despite the nice storefront, my impression of this place is that it is incredibly unprofessional.
After a physio treatment that left me unable to straighten my knee and hobbling for several weeks I was in much pain. I was told by my doctor to not continue with physio or RMT but acupuncture would be OK. I visited Ton Ren Tang to see if they could help alleviate my pain.
