Massage was fine. I left a $10 cash tip and was told that I needed to leave a bigger tip because they expect 25%. Tips are not required! I paid for the service. Pay your employees more so they don’t treat people like this. The woman pressured me to give another $10.
I came to Boston for a week trip, and I basically need to walk around Boston. I chose Beijing spa and enjoyed a one-hour foot spa and one-hour body work. It was very professional and clean. It made my fatigue disappear. Thank you very much for Anna's help. If I come to Boston again, I will come again.
Was here for a $120 service and was required to pay min $30 tip after staff Anne saw my tip amount of $22. Gratitude turns not gratitude but mandatory unpleasant scold. This is the most ridiculous and shameless tipping situation I’ve ever encountered in the history
