Bad experience. I used to like this place before, but not anymore. I recently visited this place ( Tuesday morning 10:30 am , April 29,2025) and I had the worst massage of my life. I didn't enjoy any second. The male guy did a terrible job. I'm still in pain. Not coming back.
I had the most disappointing reflexology and massage- they started 20 minutes late, than the technique of the massage was poor, the same light rub and they put a white towel on my black cashmere sweater for the whole thing and lifted it up. Strange to say the least- a massage with all my clothes on and a towel???? Huge waste of 85$ and time
I would give this spa a 5/5; however, they’ve been using low quality massage face pillows for years. They are these shallow purple ones that offer no support for the jaw or neck when face down. After about 20 minutes into the massage your lower face and jaw will go numb and ache from gravity and lack of support. Please get better pillows! Your massages are phenomenal, and as should the pillows be. I could not fully enjoy my recent massage because of this.
