I regret to leave this review, but my experience with this salon has been very disappointing. I had an appointment that was cancelled last minute by the stylist due to illness. Despite understanding the situation, I was surprised to find that I was still charged for the appointment and even a tip. My "first time" experience with Beige Mane was horrible - to be precise, I was not able to have my appointment because Bri cancelled it last minute via emailing on a Saturday night without a curtesy phone call or text message when my appointment is the next day at 9am. I showed up, followed the instruction on my appointment confirmation and texted Bri upon arrival, and she replied with "please check your email from yesterday." Bri does an amazing job with my hair. I get so many compliments on my cut! Her studio is clean and comfortable and she is so fun to talk with I look forward to seeing her!!!!! Not to mention she is a god when dealing with blonde hair! My friend gets highlights from Bri and the lightened color is always amazing! ♥️♥️ 10/10 ⭐

Bri did a fabulous job with my hair! She was able to transform my dull lifeless hair into a beautiful natural looking blonde. I've never had my hair feel so healthy after highlighting. The atmosphere was great. Bri is very personable and I enjoyed our time together. I appreciate that the style she gave me is low maintenance. I'm looking forward to our next appointment!

I had a wonderful experience with Bri! I think this is truly one of the best coloring jobs I’ve ever had. She listened carefully to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She never pushed me on anything - products, future services, etc., which I really appreciated. She’s a delight, too! Easy to chat with- professional, open, kind and friendly.
