After going to western doctors to treat an ongoing eye infection and a swollen and numb upper lip, to no avail I decided to go to Dr. Bei at the suggestion of two friends. TCM approach is radically different but after 1 month all my symptoms are all gone. I immediately liked Dr. Bei. He takes time to ask you a myriad of questions an tell you about the TCM method of treating ailments. You never feel he is in a rush. Did you feel like this acupuncturist's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did this acupuncturist promise you results that you didn't see? Not at all, everything they told me was completely accurate Did you leave the clinic feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes
They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting area is small, but there is always a seat available. This acupuncturist has is a wonderful provider who excels at treating myself and my mother, both of us have improved greatly under his care. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Bei for anyone who is looking to have issues resolved that western medicine has been unable to explain, let alone help.
Did this acupuncturist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. All my questions are always answered. After a treatment or office visit to review my progress and pick up some herbs, I feel so good and peaceful. I believe with all my heart that Dr. Bei sincerely cares for my well being and I can't say enough good things about this quiet gentle doctor. I am so happy I found him.
