Unless you see the arrangement ahead of time, they cannot be trusted to give you your money's worth. Not happy with the flowers that were delivered. I asked for specific additions to the arrangement and it was very poorly done, in my opinion, considering the price. The flowers used were low budget, the items requested to be added were poor specimens and not at all what was expected, only one stem of each. Salesperson was aloof, unfriendly and not helpful. Ordered online and got a call a few mins later from a lady letting me know not all flowers were in stock for my order. She was extremely kind and gave me multiple options of other flowers to use. The flowers were for a person who has very severe reactions to certain flowers and I felt confident that the employee understood the severe nature of the allergy. She also took additional time to deliver the flowers to dixon after store hours due to weather issues causing low staffing. Definitely recommend!!
