Only got a 1 because none was not an option we dealt with Morris, he stated no permit required will be built 4-6weeks. Should have known we were getting scammed when our address was written wrong asked him to correct. Put deposit down, many text phone calls with no response on scheduling. Ordered a building in October 2024 spoke with Heidi, very knowledgeable, it is now January 2025! Have still not received my carport! One excuse after another. I finally called to cancel and ask for a refund of my deposit and get told "oh that's non refundable". . . I raised some cane and got half of my deposit, So what do I get for my money absolutely NOTHING! Buyer beware! Talked to another company and they were not surprised when I said the name Behr 🤷
This guy answered his phone called me told me no permits were needed. Put my deposit down then they said I needed permits and the building wouldn't work in my location. Was told I would get my money back and have the texts to prove it. Never did guy won't answer phone send him texts says I'll call you back never does. Don't waste your money this guy is a total scam.
