Book’s appointments one day in advance then shows up ONE HOUR past the the booked time.!? Who does this!? NEVER EVER calls to advise of running late!!?!?! Even when paged NO CALL RETURNED!?!? There’s JUST no excuse for this and given the fact they even had no consideration for booking time which was 6:30pm. Who books showing in someone’s home mat 6:30pm!?
