Not impressed in any way. I give them a ZERO! First, they don't answer the phone - which is understandable when they are busy/answering other calls, etc. but their message tells you to leave a message with your name, phone number & date of birth & they will call you back asap, you kind of hold them at their word & when they are able to, they will call you back. I can't say enough good things about Cynthia at the front desk of Associated Hand Surgeons. She has been outstanding in following up on my referral, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never had to chase her down for updates—she was always on top of it. Cynthia is polite, reassuring, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Great Staff, Doctor & PA were Great, went for a Broken Wrist, glad I came here.
Dr. Bherman and his associates are top notch with their care. He is definitely worth the wait no matter how busy he gets. His front desk receptionists are very sweet and kind. I feel like a VIP member when I come check in. Cynthia is genuine and always offers a nice chat with me.
