I been working with Behringer Saws for 10 years now and have done over $3M in orders with them. They are, in my opinion, the best saw company in the world. They have a very professional team that is attentive to their customers needs.
We are iToolco a manufacturer and we were looking into getting a new saw. This saw and company really helped our production and our entire facilities flow. The people at Behringer have been great. I would highly recommend very strongly recommend giving these folks a shot. This tool is accurate easy to use and the service has been great. Thanks guys
I have asked for a response to quote service parts and application information. A month later and still no response. I read a similar review where someone responded that the issues within their parts/service department have been identified and fixed. Sounds like they have been identified but not fixed
So they make a great saw but there is absolutely no service after sales!! If you need parts be prepared to wait weeks for a response and even then you will need to call and email them multiple times. I have had this happen over several occasions and at one point the saw was down for a little over a month waiting on them to first respond to an email, then get me a part number and quote and after that acknowledge the order.
