In a time when dealerships are full of part swapping techs with no real skills, these folks are skilled and caring. They've taken care me and my daughter with integrity. A gem in a sea of lousy shops only trying to make as much as they can.

The first time I went there, they were able to replace my battery cables that were causing an issue. They were honest and helpful in diagnosing what was wrong with my car and recommended another place to take it to be fix. I appreciate them.
I was quoted 1400 for a repair and Berhends not only did it for much less but had it done the next day. The dealership service told me it would be several days. They have repaired my sons car and always been kind
Their rate is pretty nice. I have been happy with multiple of my prior visits. How they assumed I wanted a part replaced I have no idea. I have always talked to them prior about costs and parts so I am leaving with a sour taste in my mouth this time. It will take some serious debating to feel like coming back.
