I've had a disastrous experience at this facility. Appointment times seem to hold no value, and the unloading process took an unacceptable 6 hours. To all fellow truckers, beware of this location.
Overnight Parking 24 hr Unloading
The dispatcher informed me that my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. However, I arrived at the facility at approximately 4:00 AM and proceeded to door 18, where I engaged in a conversation with Matt. Unfortunately, he clarified that my actual appointment time was 10:00 AM. He instructed me to proceed to door 17 and escorted me out of the facility by 5:15 AM.
