Searle is the best! Super professional. We've had him come out to our 80 year old house a number of times. He's always prompt, fair, honest and hardworking. He won't leave until the job is done, regardless of how difficult or how creative he has to get. He has jack-hammered our floor to replace a drain, re-routed our hot water heater plumbing (due to my re-modeling "mistake") and fixed leaks.
