I would stay away from this law firm. This firm was involved in a hostile takeover and gave incorrect legal advice to do it. Josh wrote a letter to our HOA that he could not represent us without doing a bad job and told us to find someone else. Josh then took the job by signing a contract without board approval or executing it according to bylaws. They took over a meeting the by laws specifically states the President will preside.
