Beware—three years after the job, shingles are falling off the roof. They only warranty for two years, absolutely will not stand behind their work after that. They’re known for their shoddy work by other roofers in Flagstaff (who get the job of fixing their poor quality work).

I had some issues initially with the install, but Behmer Roofing quickly corrected, as it turned out to be a manufacturer defect with our shingles. (a certain production batch had adhesive quality control mistakes) The owner couldn't have been more responsive. Himself and a foreman, drove over 3 hours round-trip, corrected everything immediately, and even had an executive from the shingle company personally come to our our home and look at our roof in person. New Shingle Roof installed in October/2022 - since then, multiple leaks, (not from ice dams) shingles flapping, (one row blew off), tar stains everywhere (on every exterior wall of house, pavers, and concrete sidewalk), dozens of exposed nails where they missed the shingle line, never cleaned up (hundreds of nails in yard and gutter, the list goes on and on. The Behmer team did a terrific job on our shingled roof replacement. The team member's attention to detail from quotation, to fabricating seamless valleys and custom drip edges, to clean up was greatly appreciated. The team and the product offering are industry leading. Hence, a very high rating and recommendation.
