Had our roof replaced by Mat and his team. First, Mat was incredibly patient with our overreaching and unreasonable HOA. He brought us multiple samples and did not ever complain or hesitate. Truth be told, I should pay him extra as a therapist. His people were courteous and careful and even though I had some very minor clean up concerns (they did replace 6000sf of roof), his team was back the next day and took care of it. I highly recommend Behmer Roofing. Their customer service was excellent, the workmanship was exceptional, and the price was very competitive while the quality was best in class.
Excellent and honest.
Although I only took a single star away, overall I cannot say I was particularly happy with my experience and probably would not recommend them. The office communicated consistently, however onsite communication was nearly non-existent. Unfortunately the first workers arrived during school drop off and and I was only barely able to acknowledge that I was expecting them and they were clear to start working (communicating via my video doorbell is always a challenge).
