I work in scheduling and whoever I spoke with when I called on behalf of a patient merely answered the phone "Hello?" When I began explaining why I was calling she stated the office wouldn't be open for another 5 days, with no explanation why. I had to request to leave a message for the doctor on behalf of the patient. The woman begrudgingly said she would relay the message but would only let me give her the first name of the patient before interrupting me and claiming she knew who I was talking about. Dr. Behman and his wife are wonderful. I have been a patient for more than 20 years. No one is perfect and we all are doing the best we can. It is easy to get an appointment bc he has walk-in hours and they care and make recommendations but they are not pushy. God Bless him and his family.
Horrible office staff. Unprofessional and not helpful.
