Avoid at all costs. They will take longer than they say and dump a bunch of extra costs on you at the end they said were included at the beginning.
I served as a Construction Manager for a Commercial build-out on behalf of a Client in Nanaimo, BC. BOEHM went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful space that our Client's loved. Though Commercial construction wasn't BOEHM's typical project type, they met and exceeded all expectations, delivering an end result that had our Client swooning.
