Horrible Service sold me a truck with a bad transmission, went out completely within 2,000 miles. Luckily I bought a warranty from a different company. They still made me pay the deductible even tho they said they’d cover it. The manager then blocked my truck in after I ask about the other problems with the truck they said they’d cover fix that was on the sale deal, that was signed and made by the manager. First time I bought a truck there was a lot better. Went way down hill since Jerry started as manager.
Went there to look @ SOL. Found SUV that I liked instead - 2017 Chevy Equinox. Salesman Danny & partner Jerry very patient while I considered my choices - stayed after hours on Fri eve. Worked w/my brother & I to make the deal - gave me good trade-in for my 2013 Hyundai. Very pleased w/my selection.
