They will not sell to anyone who does not have a contracting licence. Union good ol' boys. I'm sure they are great to deal with if you are in the club. I just needed a part for my furnace, not trying to do a saturday night special full install or anything shady. Just routine maintenance so I'll go online and not support them at all.
