Please note that this business does NOT currently operate in Williamsburg. I originally picked this business because there was an office within 15 miles of my home however, after having initial consult and first appointment in Yorktown, I found that this location is not currently servicing the area.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and my daughter who has anxiety was more relaxed than she’s ever been.
I am absolutely un impressed and frustrated with the treatment plan and action for my children at Behl, the staff is great! The Dr. however rarely has but 3 seconds to see my children and then always has something else that needs to be done out of office before he will progress with the treatment. He puts braces on way too early on some children before baby teeth are gone just to get the money from FAMIS. Giving a 5 star rating for our last visit. Dr. Elverman and Anna K. were both very kind in addressing our concerns with my son's treatment. I appreciated the integrity and kindness of their approach to achieve a healthy bite for my son.
