I’m a brand new patient and I can already tell I’m gonna love Behl Ortho and the staff. Dr. Behl was very welcoming and kind. Easy to talk to. Made the process convenient and affordable for me. Sharon is a really great woman! We hit it off right away! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in great detail! Kudos to you all for being an excellent place of business! Looking forward to my visits!

After years of treatment at Behl Orthodontics, I can honestly say my experience was terrible. I went through personal hardships that affected my Invisalign wear, and instead of showing any understanding, the staff and doctors were dismissive, impatient, and rude. Every appointment came with long wait times, consistently 30-40 minutes or more, and there was absolutely no privacy. The next patient is literally an arm’s length away. I originally began my orthodontic treatment in Michigan and had an excellent experience. After relocating to Virginia Beach, I chose Behl Orthodontics to complete my treatment. What was initially presented as a straightforward six-month process has now extended to over two years, and my treatment is still not complete. Initial treatment recommendations were more invasive then needed. Some items were missed such as applying a power chain, the use of rubber bands, and providing wax. They implemented an alternative procedure I asked about, but I feel not all the options were presented to me but rather I had to ask. I asked for a price adjustment which was rejected.
