Back again!! After a week of still not receiving my retainers!!! It’s been over two months almost since getting braces removed! This is an awful business and I would not recommend to ANYBODY!!!
Today was my very first appointment in the first colonial location and I was very pleased with my visit. Not only was everyone very kind and patient but they were also very informative and picked the best plan of action for my smile. Last but surely not least I was taken care of by the ortho assistant Sharon and she makes you feel so at home and she was super kind and attentive to me. I would like to say Behl 1st messed up when they changed to ICON. But to top it off WHO ALLOWED DR BRANDY EVANS to leave? The entire staff I knew to love is gone. I WAITED 40 minutes to be seen. No one even said I apologize for the wait. And This new Dr NEVER EVEN CAME OUT OF HIS OFFICE FOR ME. NEVER EVEN MET HIM. I Promise if I could get out of this I would. I would not recommend a SOUL. In the meantime I FOUND DR EVANS 🥰GATEKEEPERS lying said she moved out of state. Horrible. Unhappy
I wanted to leave an amazing review to the First Colonial Behl Oerhdontics because my overall experience was amazing. from the beginning of the process to the application of my Invisaligns. Sharon made my first office visit stress free. When discussing the options between braces and invisiligns, she was very honest and I could tell she genuinely cared.
