Jenny and Jason were referred to us by our interior designer. She told us that they were honest, innovative, and they would do their homework before giving us a quote so that we would have a ballpark estimate of what everything would cost. She also described them as "overall just great people to work with." She was absolutely right!!! We worked with BTS to add about 1800 sq/ft and almost take the rest of the 2800 sq/ft down to the studs. We started talking to Jenny and Jason about a year before we started to “break ground”. It was well worth the time before construction to work with the design team on plans, fixtures, knobs, paint and appliances. It made the construction time go quickly, about 6 months. We recently engaged Behind the Scenes Design (BTS) to remodel our kitchen and main bath. They also updated our family room and arranged for new windows. We engaged BTS Design on our total home renovation. Along the journey, our expectations were surpassed from the transparency the company provided on operations and logistics to the support and guidance they provided, the efficiency and white glove service they offered. Our end product knocks our socks off with its quality and refined finish - and I can say it was a total collaboration. We highly recommend working with this professional team. If we start another project, we will absolutely only ask BTS for their partnership.
