The washing and customer service was amazing but horrible twists. When booking it clearly said blow dry included. My hair was not even blow dried. I showed Dawn the kind of twists I wanted and told her that no one had done it the way it looked in a picture and she said she was disappointed no one could do it for me yet she did not even get close to what the picture looked like. Honestly I can’t move around with this hair. I recommend washing things but no twists??? Worst experience. I wish I could share the pics.

Best experience I've had with regards to my hair.Owner is amazing with creating that Disney welcome experience. Her skills are beyond greatness. She transformed my hair to bounce and health. I’m a new customer after going to the same stylist for sixteen years. So at first I was nervous. That lasted five minutes. I highly recommend.

I have been coming here for around 3 months now and I have never been happier. My time is valued here. I get in and I am out. I wait no longer than necessary. No family and friends getting in ahead of me while I am waiting. I love my hair. No chemical smells about my hair. It's growing. Love the color and love the style. I am very fortunate to have gotten in as a customer of Behind the Red Chair.
