Ashley and the staff of Behind the Bash were outstanding! It started with a great tasting event, which provided a wide selection of their menu, and all of it was wonderful! Ashley responded to emails quickly throughout the planning process and the Day of Wedding, everything went off without a hitch! The event was a wedding reception for 160 people, full bar, indoor and outdoor spaces to service and everyone raved over the quality of the food and service! Thanks BTB!!
Jennifer and the Behind the Bash team did an amazing job catering our Halloween fundraiser! The food was delicious, and our guests are still raving about it. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient throughout the evening. Leading up to the event, Jennifer carefully planned every detail, from the placement of the food stations to the timing of service. I whole-heartedly recommend Behind the Bash for any event. I and my clients had the good fortune to have BTB as the caterer for a recent wedding. The event had two different cultural aspects and included a seated dinner, bar, room flip and several months of planning. We worked closely with Ashley Ducote. Behind the Bash was wonderful to work with. Ashley was helpful and prompt from our first planning phone call, and followed through every step of our event. Our group loved the food, and the unique 'bag lunches'. We hired Behind the Bash for two lunches and a Happy Hour. Their service, food, and presentation were excellent for each event. I would absolutely hire Behind the Bash again!
