I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the quality of services and the lack of progress I have observed. I have found the constant rotation of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to be disruptive to my child's development, as it hinders their ability to build a consistent and trusting relationship with their therapist. This place is horrible! They abuse, my daughter. It was good in the beginning until she changed her RBT at the time. My daughter now has PTSD. I knew something was up when I would pick her up and her old Rbt would just look at me and shake her head! My daughter would have full melt downs in the morning when drop off. She used to love going in! If I ride past there, she freaks out. It’s been almost over a year and she still remembers and she freaks out every time we ride past there.
