Case worker left without letting me know and I urgently needed to speak to her. Had to follow up twice with the center before I got a definitive answer that she no longer worked there two and a half weeks later. Was looking for a therapist, but was handed to a case worker as well. It also took over a month to reopen my case.
Dr Encarnacion is kind, friendly, and understanding. I give her 5 stars
Website states they were founded in 1962, that is a lie, they used to be called C.A.R.E.S. several years ago, they just keep changing the name to shuffle around paperwork.
