I recently encountered a statement attributed to Dr. Eric Özkan, which read, “I’m still seeing way too many buildings standing… salt the earth.” As someone seeking professionalism and sensitivity in healthcare, especially in behavioral medicine, I find this comment troubling. There customer service is a joke if you try calling there place of business a third party business will pick up the phone very unprofessional and on a side note they put me into collections without even telling me I owed any money to them. Never received a phone call not even a letter. Update: I did receive a letter from them it was misplaced but I only ever received one letter and the address I gave them was my correct address.

Called in and requested an appointment. They stated that the office was busy and they would call me a week later. Finally I received a call back stating that the counselors are booked and it will be a couple of months to get me in. This would have been nice to know during the first call. No one likes unorganized staff.
